Prepare your body, mind and nervous system for the challenges of the upcoming holiday season. Restorative yoga uses props to support the body, allowing for expansiveness and ease while stimulating the body's innate healing abilities.
Learn to listen to the subtle messages the body shares with us, to alert us to stress, anxiety and illness. This workshop will enable us to explore the benefits of bringing awareness and balance to the bodymind. Join in and give yourself the gift of self-care and nurturing. We will do restorative poses and play with the breath as well as experimenting with some simple meditation techniques to bring us firmly into the present moment.
