What Brings Us to This Moment?
When we start to dig a little deeper we begin to realize that
we are all motivated by the desire to be happy. Most of us
feel a longing to be truly alive and at peace.
The yoga practice supports us in our impulse to know
ourselves, to discover who we authentically are. Yoga takes
us below the surface of all the noise and stimulation. It
teaches us to be still, so that we learn to become more
present, so that we begin to know our Truth.

About the Mudra:
Shanka Mudra represents a conch shell and brings about a sense of security and calm when practiced. Allow
this deep calm to come from within. Create the mudra by holding your left thumb in the palm of the right hand.
Touch your right thumb to the left index finger and wrap the other fingers of the left hand around the softly
held right fist.
